Two coaching pathways.

Depending on where you are on your journey, there are two pathways available to you.

I offer single clarity sessions for when you’re at a specific crossroads, or a 6-session realignment coaching journey for creating steady, transformational change.

Clarity Sessions

Clarity sessions are for when you feel stuck with a decision, when something feels tangled or unclear. You might be feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or caught in loops of overthinking, knowing that something needs to shift, but unsure what or how. This session offers a calm, focused space to slow down, untangle what’s going on beneath the surface, and reconnect with what you actually need right now.

This is best for you if you’ve already done some inner work, are standing at a crossroads, or simply need support making sense of your thoughts and feelings so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.

Realignment Coaching

Realignment coaching is a deeper journey for when misalignment has been present for a while. You might feel disconnected from your work, relationship, or sense of self, functioning on the outside, but quietly feeling flat, stuck, or unfulfilled. You may be navigating ongoing stress, burnout, or a sense that the life you’re living no longer reflects who you are becoming.

Over six sessions, we will explore what’s no longer serving you, reconnect you with your values and inner voice, and support you in building self-trust and making aligned changes over time.

This is free of charge, and a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you here, and clarify what you actually need right now. It’s a space to ask questions, explore what it would be like to work together, and make sure you feel supported and at ease before committing to anything.

FAQs

What are your credentials?

I bring over 15 years of experience working closely with people around careers, performance, stress and wellbeing, alongside extensive professional experience in recruitment and talent.

I’m currently working towards a Level 2 Diploma in Integrative Coaching and an ICF-accredited coaching certification at PCC level. Just as importantly, I bring a grounded, human approach shaped by real-life experience, balancing professional training with deep respect for the complexity of people’s lives.

How do sessions work?

Before anything begins, we start with a relaxed (and free) chemistry chat. This is a chance to get to know each other, talk about what’s important to you, what you’d like to explore or move toward, and how I can best support you.

Sessions then take place on Google Meet. All you need is a quiet, comfortable spot and a decent Wi-Fi connection, so we can meet wherever you are in the world. Sessions usually last around 60 minutes and happen weekly, but there’s plenty of flexibility… we’ll always find a rhythm that fits your life, not the other way around.

Can you promise outcomes?

I don’t promise specific outcomes, life already comes with enough pressure, and coaching isn’t about adding more. What I do believe in is the journey: giving yourself space to reflect and reconnect with yourself.

What I can promise is a supportive, pressure-free space where insight, clarity, and moments of joy naturally show up. Coaching gives you time for yourself… to breathe, to feel, to cry, to laugh, and to grow in your own way, at your own pace.
