Hi, I’m Sarah.
I know what it’s like to turn your life upside down in search of something more honest. It’s messy and challenging, but it’s also where real growth lives, and I believe we’re allowed to evolve as our lives do.
I’ve spent most of my professional life working closely with people at often difficult moments of change, supporting individuals as they navigated important management, career and life decisions.
Again and again, I saw the same pattern emerge:
When people are aligned with who they are and what they value, they thrive. And when they aren’t, something quietly begins to feel off.
That observation sits at the heart of everything I do today.
From talent to values.
Working in talent and recruitment gave me a deep understanding of people, motivation, and fit… not just on paper, but in real life. I’ve often worked closely with individuals questioning their next steps, especially during periods of uncertainty, such as career pivots or redundancies.
Over time, my curiosity shifted beyond roles and organisations, toward the deeper questions people were carrying:
Why doesn’t this fit anymore?
What do I actually need now?
How do I change without losing myself?
This led me to coaching, not as a departure from my work, but as a natural evolution of it.
My work today.
Today, through ReInvent, I support both individuals and organisations through meaningful change, helping bring clarity to decisions that matter.
I work with individuals who are carrying a lot, second-guessing themselves, and quietly wondering, “Is this really it?” Often at a crossroads, they’re tired of pushing through without clarity or support. My coaching offers a calm, non-judgmental space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and joyful.
Alongside this, I partner with mission-driven organisations as an independent recruiter, supporting thoughtful, values-led hiring. I help teams make clear, intentional decisions about people, prioritising long-term fit, culture, and sustainable growth over quick fixes.
While the contexts differ, the intention is the same:
Clarity that moves you forward. Talent that moves the mission.
How I work.
My approach is grounded, human, and reflective. I believe that lasting change doesn’t come from pressure or quick fixes, but from creating space to listen, understand, and move forward intentionally.
Whether I’m supporting an individual or an organisation, I work with care, integrity, and a deep respect for the complexity of change.
ReInvent, to me, isn’t about becoming something new. It’s about alignment between people, values, and the direction they’re already moving toward.
That belief shapes everything I do.
