Help bring impactful climate projects to life across Latin America.

You'll work at the intersection of climate action, partnerships and project development, leading and supporting a regional team to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with the people and organisations behind carbon projects.

From shaping the regional origination strategy to guiding your team and developing key partnerships, you'll play an important role in connecting climate finance with projects that can make a meaningful difference on the ground.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in carbon project origination, project development or climate finance.

• Deep knowledge of carbon markets and the Latin American climate project landscape.

• Proven experience leading and developing regional teams.
